Attenuator Integrated Assemblies
The acquisition of Hyletronics, through Filtronics Solid State, introduced a family of Microwave Attenuators into our product line. Teledyne Microwave offers advanced custom digital and analog control attenuators, and uses these designs as key building blocks in a broad scope of multifunction subassemblies. 
Typical performance available:
Frequency Range: 1-18 GHz in octave bands
  • Attenuation range: 0-65 dB
  • Control Voltage range: 1-10 VDC (or 12-bit digital control)
  • Average transfer function: 10 +/- 0.5 dB/V
  • Digital Attenuation steps: 0.25 dB (min)
  • RF input power: 20 mW operating: 1 W max
  • Response time: 150 ns - 700 ns
  • Deviation from linear: +/- 0.5 dB nominal
  • Flatness over frequency: 1 dB nominal
  • Variation with temperature: +/- 0.5 dB
  • Temperature ranges: -55 to +85 C typical
  • DC Power: +/- 12 VDC typical
