Switch Integrated Assemblies
 The acquisition of Hyletronics, through Filtronics Solid State, introduced a family of Microwave Switches into our product line. Teledyne Microwave uses these switches as key building blocks in many multifunction assemblies.

  • Pin Diode based designs (SP1T to SP4T)
  • Both Reflective and Absorptive designs
  • Frequency Ranges from 0.5 to 20 GHz
  • Typical Isolation up to 90 dB
  • Typical Insertion Loss from 0.7 to 3.0 dB
  • Switching speeds 20 ns - 50 ns, typical
  • Typical VSWR: 1.5:1
  • TTL logic control
  • Temperature Ranges: -55 to +85C
