Permanent Magnet Bias Oscillator Technology
In response to Customer's requirements for extremely low phase noise, reduced power consumption and reduced size, Ferretec has developed a line of Permanent magnet bias YIG resonator oscillators (YRO's) available in both 0.7 inch height surface mount and 1 inch cube versions.
  • Extremely low phase noise, -130 dBc @ 100 KHz, at 10.0 GHz
  • Reduces or eliminates tuning current requirements
  • Tunable over a 20% frequency range
  • Non Harmonic spurs -60 dBc max FM coils available
  • Small size, 0.7 x 1 x 1 inch size
  • Small PMO with driver package, 1 x 1 x 2.7 inches
